Post-construction cleaning in Bucharest
After builders leave, fine dust sits on every ledge, in the hinges, and on the glass, even when the site looks cleared. This clean is for the moment the trades have gone and you want to use the space.
We do not remove rubble, repair scratches, or wash facades from height. If the home is already lived in and the dust is only from ordinary life, deep cleaning is the right service.

- Wiping building dust from surfaces, joinery, and fittings
- Newly fitted bathrooms and kitchens, outside and inside empty cabinets
- Floors after the builder has removed the large debris
- Tape marks, light adhesive, and spots that wipe off rather than need scraping
- Reachable interior glass when it is on the list
- A second pass for dust that settles again, if you ask for it

What you get from it
We start after the trades
If drilling or sanding is still going on, the dust returns. We schedule the visit when the work has stopped.
We say what will not lift
Paint on parquet or cured silicone is not “cleaned” without damaging the surface. We mark that on the visit.
Then you can move to upkeep
After the first site clean, a lived-in home needs a deep clean or maintenance, not another day aimed at plaster dust.

We move from top to bottom: dust, then damp surfaces, then floors. If dust keeps falling from an unfinished corner, we stop and tell you.

You pay after the cleaning is finished, not before.
Where we work
Post-construction cleaning is for closed sites in Bucharest and Ilfov. We work across Bucharest Sectors 1–6 — Old Town, Dorobanți, Floreasca, Herăstrău, Pipera, Băneasa, Tineretului, Titan and Drumul Taberei — and in Ilfov: Otopeni, Voluntari, Popești-Leordeni, Bragadiru, Chiajna, Mogoșoaia, Corbeanca, Buftea, Pantelimon and Snagov.
Questions
Do you remove rubble?
No. Rubble bags, broken tiles, and construction waste need to be taken away first. We remove dust and the small residue on surfaces.
How many passes are needed?
Often one is not enough, because fine dust settles again. We say on the visit whether a second pass makes sense and we put it in the quote, not add it quietly.
Do you clean after a small renovation?
Yes, if the trades have finished. If it is only clutter in a lived-in home, a deep clean is the better fit.
Do you wash facade windows?
Glass we can reach from inside can be on the list. Scaffold or facade work is not included.
